MeSTI (Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri) is a basic food safety assurance system certification introduced by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. The purpose is to encourage and recognize food factories that are willing to have food safety assurance system but unable to comply with higher standard of certification such as GMP.
MeSTI was formerly named as Skim Keselamatan Makanan 1 Malaysia (SK1M). It aims to ensure your company to fulfill Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 requirements.
