Coach Roszie Amir is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experiences in various industries. A recognized figure among government agencies as well as many established industry players being one of the leading experts in Malaysia’s entrepreneurial education, her diverse experiences have led her to become a sought after Industrial Business Coach since 2012.

Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer for Initiate Global Resources Sdn. Bhd. with a diversified portfolio in several businesses including Corporate Gift and Merchandising, Printing and Advertising, Public Relations and Corporate Event Organizer, Marketing and Distribution, Food and Beverage, Business Digitization, Training and Consultation, Risk Management Company, E-commerce and IR 4.0.

She also holds a position as a Strategic Business Development Advisor at SS Rover Sdn. Bhd., an Under Water Robotics company based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Having consulted, trained and coached over 5 thousand entrepreneurs, and has guided over 500 entrepreneurs across the country, she is well-versed in guiding them in the areas of marketing and branding specializing in intellectual property, customer intelligence insights, business development and strategic planning, cost management and pricing strategy, finance and business capital as well as international expansion.

As certified HRDF Trainer and Consultant to Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Roszie can be seen actively facilitating government's initiative to strengthen entrepreneurial readiness in the entrepreneurial world while bridging the gap between agencies and business players. 

She was also appointed as the Coordinator and Secretariat for Retail and F&B Productivity Nexus, Malaysia Productivity Corporation (RFBPN) – a free advisory service to help Malaysian entrepreneurs pivot during the challenging Covid19 Movement Control Order (MCO) period since May 2019. 

She also handle a few collaboration project in Business Digitalization for entrepreneur with Dattel Asia, Office Central, EasyStore and TikTok. 

She leverages her vast experience, in the field of marketing to help entrepreneurs and local brands to market their products to domestic markets such as supermarkets & minimarket store chains like Mydin, Speedmart, KK Mart and AEON as well as to international markets such as Indonesia and China. 

Despite her passion and the multiple roles she plays in Malaysian entrepreneurs’ development, Roszie is active with social networks and NGOs. She is the Head of Wholesale and Retail Cluster of the Majlis Perundingan Melayu (MPM), Entrepreneurship Development Bureau of the Usahanita Hulu Langat and member of the Peniagawati.

She was recognized Based on Outstanding Performance and featured in the ENCYCLOPEDIA SUCCESS PEOPLE IN MALAYSIA - 4th Edition.

Recently, she was also recognized by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) as Productivity Champion (Category Leader).
